First of all, which character you are asking, Sunshine(the Original Timeline) or the Lily(the egg in the tree hole of non-Original Timeline)?

If not so sure, read this article and look for the graph of "Relationship between Speed - Alan - Sunshine - Lil" at section 7.

You are asking how old was Alan when Lily died, but Lily had nothing to do with Alan in the Original Timeline. Probably Lily never dead before Alan made the wish.

You mixed up Lily and Sunshine, which made me cannot answer your question properly. Make sure what you are asking and present the question correctly.

In the Original Timeline, Alan is around 25 years old when he found Sunshine(Original Timeline) is dead.
